MOHEE – Midwest Outdoor Heritage Education Expo


MOHEE-Midwest Outdoor Heritage Education Expo is a unique field trip where students can be face-to-face with live wolves, lynx, badger, otter, bison and eagles, and participate in archery, airgun, fisheries, forestry, wildlife and so many other fun activities, all in one location. Many activities correlate with multi-discipline state and national education standards.  MOHEE is supported by the Wisconsin Wildlife Federation through its education efforts.

MOHEE is organized by the Outdoor Heritage Education Center (OHEC).  OHEC (pronounced oh’heck) was founded in 1998 by avid outdoorsman, conservationist and mentor Mark LaBarbera to help pass along our outdoor heritage to future generations who were losing touch with the natural world.
